It’s KAURI’s loyalty program that rewards your sustainable purchases and engagement with Green Points you can redeem for perks, vouchers, and experiences.
Shopping: for every €1 spent you earn 1 Green Point.
You can also earn points through community actions like inviting friends and following us on Instagram.
Yes — you can earn points both online and in store, and your rewards can be used online and in store (when you redeem them, you’ll receive a reward/discount to apply at checkout).
Points are valid for 365 days. The 365-day countdown starts from the moment you begin collecting points (so don’t sit on them forever).
Log in to your KAURI account
Go to the Loyalty Program page and click “Review points / create account” to open your rewards panel
You’ll see your point balance and the rewards you can redeem
Open the rewards panel, choose the reward you want, and follow the prompts. You’ll typically get a discount code (or an auto-applied reward) to use at checkout
To redeem a reward in our physical store, simply tell the cashier your first and last name and the email address linked to your KAURI account at checkout.
Our staff will find your profile in the checkout system and apply the reward by using the points associated with your selected promo directly in store
No — points are tied to your account. Create/log in to your account before you purchase to make sure points are tracked.
If an order (or item) is refunded, the related points will be adjusted accordingly. If you used a reward voucher, your final eligibility may change depending on the refunded amount.

- Refresh and reopen the rewards panel
